Jillian Abaya is an Asian-American, interdisciplinary artist based in New York City. She earned her BFA in drama at NYU Tisch where she studied both at the New Studio on Broadway and at Stonestreet Studios where she received the Tisch Drama Outstanding Achievement in Studio Award. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Jillian attended the Ruth Asawa school of the Arts where she studied vocal performance and musical theatre.

Today she is performer, writer, theatre maker, and lover of new work. She is an advocate for all voices and people to have real and fair representation in film, television, and theatre. ​
